We booked a test drive of a Toyota Yaris at Croyland Car Megastore. On arrival we were met by Jamie Waller. The car was ready for us to inspect and he ran through the car specifications with us and then accompanied us on the test drive. We decided to buy the car - Jamie ran through the purchasing options available. We were given a fair price for my old car and the deal was done. Throughout Jamie was extremely professional and helpful. We were not pressurised in any way unlike previous sales people I have encountered. A date was arranged to pick up the car and to finalise the paperwork. Every thing was prepared and ready for us. Due to my husband leaving his wallet at home Jamie managed to sort out a bank transfer with his accounts department which saved us having to return on another day. I have no hesitation in recommending Croyland Cars and Jamie Waller. Thank you and I love my car!

I've just bought a car from Croyland Car Megastore, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end. We were helped by Dan Little who was very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. Great customer care, thank you Dan and we may well see you again!

His attention to detail and communication throughout was second to none. The car was prepared meticulously and looked brand new on collection (4 years old) Jamie explained the whole process to me at every stage, I never felt pressured at all (unlike some car supermarkets) and felt I was his only customer. The handover was excellent Jamie explained everything to me, from basic controls to charging as this was my first electric vehicle. I would recommend Croyland and Jamie every time. "If car buying had a Ben button, I'd press it every time!" From the moment I walked in, Ben was absolutely amazing "“ the man could probably sell ice to a penguin, but in the good, genuinely helpful way. He advised me on everything from engines to extra features, and he explained it all in a way that even my goldfish could've understood. He greeted me with a smile big enough to power a small village, and it never faded "“ not even when I asked him the same question three times (just to double check I sounded like I knew what I was doing). Ben was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows his onions"¦ and quite possibly the whole greenhouse too. If buying a car usually feels like a maze, Ben was basically Google Maps with better customer service. I drove off feeling confident, well looked after, and definitely not swindled "” which is pretty much the dream outcome when buying a car! We had a great experience buying a Peugeot e-208 from this garage. Jamie Waller was really helpful. We loved that there were no pushy sales techniques. A fair price was agreed for my old car in the part exchange, and we love our new car. I specifically like how Jamie charged the electric car up to full so that we could see it's full range on the test drive; my sister has bought an EV from a different (not as good) garage before, and they did not fully charge up the EV for her test drive, and she was disappointed to see that the range wasn't what she was expecting. I like how this wasn't concealed from us by Croyland.

We only ever use these guys to purchase our cars, we personally have had 4 cars from them, our daughter has had 2 and my sister has bought 1. Any issues which have been very rare, we've had are dealt with straight away and we've always been given a courtesy car. Ben is amazing at what he does, he's full of knowledge, we will only ever deal with Ben as he knows what we want from our cars, but any interaction with other staff has also been great too. Our recent purchase of a Tiguan has been my favourite so far.
